ASSISTANT, PRODUCTION

Centric Brands is focused on our customers and our brands that will drive the company’s future growth. Centric Brands is looking for a Production Assistant to join the Jewelry team. Production Development: Track and monitor packages for development and production approvals Communicate approval comments to the supply chain Responsible for ordering of raw material when necessary and entering of PO into system Processing of invoices for raw material purchases with all necessary documentation. Generate and distribute UPC reports and labels Check in and scan samples received in the US Coordinate and distribute sample needs and requirements to ensure timely receipt of their samples Track all US shipments and resolve any issues impeding US Customs clearance and delivery Process sample invoices for payment with all necessary documentation Coordinate with accounting the sample charges to distributors Finished Goods Production Management: Enter production POs and actively engage in WIP management with supervisor Coordinate with factories on all issues regarding production and delivery of finished goods problem solving with management Advise air / sea ratios Generate and distribute UPC reports Track production shipments and report out weekly status. Work with management to problem solve on any potential shipment disruptions Update systems with any delivery changes and PP/TOP status Run weekly receiving reports to review what shipments have been received and need to be processed for final payment balance Process finished goods invoices for payment with all supporting documentation Update seasonal buy spreadsheets with pricing and quantities Observe and assist when necessary with the fit / PP / Top process Provide general administrative support to team as needed
