French Meadows is a small but fast-growing cottage industry fashion company that sells custom made corsets and costume pieces for Renaissance Faires and everyday fashion. I run this business out of my house (for now) and I am looking for an assistant to help me with day to day responsibilities, including: Responsibilities -Answering emails in a timely and professional manner -Shipping orders from Etsy and my website -Assisting with photoshoots -Managing social media presence -Preparing fabrics and supplies for my team of seamstresses -Weekly meeting with seamstresses to exchange products to be sewn/which have already been sewn -Miscellaneous errands as required This is a unique position as it is somewhat of a blend between a production assistant, e-commerce assistand, and personal assistant working for a small but unique fashion brand. I am a 30 year old female who is easy going but hard-working, and I'm looking for someone who is similar :) My company is growing exponentially every year and this position has the possibility of developing into other roles as the company grows. This position does not require constant sewing, but it will help if you are able to repair a stitch here and there. I am willing to train the right person if you are a good fit otherwise.
