About the Job Assist Merchants in preparation for product performance reviews and sell-out reports Conduct research on consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and product history to make assortment and strategic recommendations Assist in the creation of merchandising strategies for designated sub-categories in alignment with divisional and company goals. Create line plans and communicate plans with essential cross-functional business partners Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems Contribute to other aspects of Product Development activities as determined by Director Be a conduit of information, materials and samples to cluster merchandising and cross-functional teams Oversee sample management and organization for assigned global product categories Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team About You Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred 2+ years of experience in apparel merchandising recommended Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels Passion for product and the consumer We put a lot of thought into our programs to provide you with a benefits package that matters.
