As an Assistant Merchant in Lands’ End Business Outfitters, you will be responsible for assisting the team to drive the promotional product category. Managing all aspects of the 3rd party product, including but not limited to:Product selection and product set-up Process management: ensuring that we are tracking to product digital go-live dates Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel/Retail Merchandising, Business, Marketing or equivalent related experience along with 1-3 years of experience; multi-channel brand experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment Strong presentation skills and confidence.
