Responsible for milestone meeting preparation materials Audit the site to ensure all content is correct so it is accurately depicted to the customer Understands the PLC and participates in the deliverables Responsible for accuracy in samples submitted for photo shoot & PID photography Collaboration Works with cross-functional partners in design, sourcing, planning, allocation, visual to execute department strategy, capitalize on business, and solve problems Works closely with the merchandise coordinator on data entry and product information to ensure accuracy for associate/customer facing materials in all channels and accuracy of reporting Exhibits company values and leadership principles Work Experience and education requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, retail merchandising, or fashion merchandising Experience: 1+ years in merchant roles Skills/Traits/Personal Characteristics: Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in conflict management and problem solving Intimate understanding of competition, target customer, and brand specific fashion trends Ability to innovate change through visionary thinking Flexibility and resiliency; comfortable working in “grey areas” that are constantly changing Entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Adapts to a fast paced environment where change is constant and communication is key
