Responsibilities: Contribute designs and develop print and artwork according to style plans, sales needs, and emerging trends Manage seasonal BOM/WIP spreadsheet, line sheets, boards, and design archives library and ensure maintenance of designs in shared drive Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, structured and meticulous Knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, silhouettes, color ways, sewing techniques, fabrication, and trim Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design 1-3 years of experience in apparel design Highly proficient in Excel, Adobe products, CAD, and Mac computers Clo 3-D training; understanding and executing tech packs
