45R is a high-end Japanese clothing company specializing on textiles and dye techniques, especially Indigo. Our brand is known for rigorous dedication to quality and craftsmanship. We are one of the few unique brands that makes our own fabrics from scratch, using mostly organic materials. We currently have three stores in the States. Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities: • Assist in the daily operation, including achieving sales goals, maintaining customer files, submitting weekly/monthly reports • Assist in the hiring, training and retention of staff • Provide the highest standards of customer service and care • Maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and the visual merchandising • Assist in online store operation • Manage the store when the store manager is absent • Ensure policies are followed by every staff • Contribute to a positive work environment • Maintain the security of the store premises, stock and all store monies • Clean and organize new stock • Additional tasks may be required at times Requirements: • Minimum 2 years in fashion retail management • Outstanding customer service skills for customer retention • Strong organizational & communication skills • Responsible & Detail-oriented • Ability to prioritize and multi-task to succeed in a team oriented environment • Excellent judgment and diplomacy • Demonstrate positive & energetic attitude at all times • Passionate about fashion and preferably our brand, and willing to grow with the company • Available to work on weekends & holidays • Computer literacy: Word, Excel • Preferably interested in a Japanese culture Please visit our website at http://www.45r-usa.com to learn more about our store.
