ASSISTANT MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS (WEST)

SPARC Group LLC is owned, through its parent company SPARC Group Holdings LLC, by Simon Property Group and Authentic Brands Group. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.• 2-5 years of Distribution Center experience in an automated facility preferred• Experience creating and updating reports in Excel• Analytic Skills: Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data• Systems and Tools Acumen: MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel, and aptitude to learn company systems/applications quickly• Collaboration: Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of partners• Leadership: Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills• Travel may be required, based on business needs.• Adhere to regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration.
