We are a trendy women's clothing store seeking an outgoing and motivated Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the store owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive shopping environment while managing staff and inventory effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Supervise and train retail staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately.Utilize retail math to manage inventory levels and stock replenishment.Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product displays and drive sales.Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere for customers.Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving store goals through effective shift management.Negotiate with vendors as needed to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.Create schedule for associates to be published by the store owner.Skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
