This role is in downtown Salem, MA. Ideal candidates for the FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER position should have the following characteristics and qualifications: 3 to 5 years of retail management experience with a proven, successful track record in a customer centric business, preferably in specialty retail, tourism or photography 3 to 5 years portrait photography experience A Team player with an exceptional record of leading and developing a high energy, passionate team Sales focused while engaging tourists in creating a fun, memorable experience. Position requires weekends to meet the needs of the business and maintain 37.5-40 hour five day work week. October will include longer hours to meet the needs of the business. Role reports to business owner.
