You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs, developing merchandising plans, and managing the implementation of product initiatives.Required qualifications include:2-3+ years of retail merchandising experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze data and make decisionsDemonstrated success in a sales or customer-focused environmentKnowledge of retail operations and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales. Support the store team in achieving sales goals.
