It currently operates Aeropostale, Nautica and Lucky Brand in the United States and Puerto Rico. SPARC Group LLC is owned, through its parent company SPARC Group Holdings LLC, by Simon Property Group and Authentic Brands Group. With Aeropostale, Nautica and Lucky combined, SPARC Group operates retail locations, a strong wholesale business with thousands of points of sale in the U.S., and the ecommerce platforms for all brands. The successful candidate will exhibit a drive to understand and communicate business priorities and collaborate effectively with team members, IT, and other central business partners.Responsibilities:• Design reporting, calculate, and track logistics operations and expense management metrics utilizing company systems, 3PL systems, and Excel.• Identify trends and provide recommendation for performance improvement.• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Corporate Partners, and 3PL Partners to develop standard reporting to monitor logistics activity across brands.• Provide insight for and participate in system upgrades to ensure understanding and appropriate oversight of activity.• Support Supply Chain strategic initiatives by creating projections and performing analysis of actual performance.• Manage and develop Analyst.• Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties as required.Qualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain• 2-3 years analytical experience required; Logistics experience preferred• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly• Ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data• Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of partners• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills• Demonstrate strong listening, written and oral communication skills SPARC Group LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
