Assistant Manager - Fashion Team

Job Description: As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will be a key player in driving our mission statement in your store. You will work closely with your Store Manager to achieve store productivity, including sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will also coach and motivate a team of fashion-loving Stylists, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving sales, building brand loyalty, and creating value for the brand. You will also support the Store Manager in finding the right talent, making new networking connections, and committing to an exceptional onboarding experience.
