Windsor Fashions in Wichita is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll and expenses, and coaching a team of Stylists to deliver the Oasis customer experience.
You’ll lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and merchandising standards are met.
