As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team. As the "Host of the Party" you build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer. You own the sales floor to ensure you execute daily operations and create the Oasis for your customers. • You partner with the Store Manager to supervise and conduct training with your team. • In partnership with the Store Manager, you support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive.
