Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing (NA Retail Acquisition Marketing)

Primary Purpose: The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Associate Manager of Acquisition Marketing and plays a critical role in execution of all acquisition marketing channels (paid social, display, paid search and affiliate marketing). We are looking for an individual with a passion for retail, innovative technologies and platforms, strategic partnerships and storytelling. Drive strategy and planning for paid marketing channels including Paid Social, Display, Paid Search and Affiliate Assist in developing full funnel media plans for both ongoing and seasonal campaigns, and execute on tactical elements Support weekly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting to analyze campaign performance Optimize campaigns based on both past performance and upcoming creative, leveraging insights to drive results Assists in development of display, branded content digital programs and affiliate partnerships Adopt a test & learn approach, identifying testing opportunities with an eye for growth Develop creative briefs and partner with in-house creative teams to ensure assets are created on time and delivered/trafficked to appropriate partners Partner with ecommerce partners to strategize on linking strategies Support on 360 marketing activations with a recruitment objective Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and marketing business partners to drive ecommerce and retail store performance Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practice, social and digital offerings and opportunities to advise on innovative and first to market opportunities The successful individual will possess...
