As an Assistant Manager you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. An an Assistant Manager you will partner with your Store Manager to ensure our customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. • Supports recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART both in values and the HEART Styling Experience. • Leads by example, following standards set by the company and Store Manager.
