Assistant Manager, Asset Protection

The Assistant Manager, Asset Protection, supports the Asset Protection Manager, My Macy's initiatives, Omnichannel strategies, and the We Care Service Model through actively managing a team of direct reports. • Identify shortage results and causes, collaborating with AP Manager/Store Manager to create effective preventive action plans supporting profit objectives; initiate new programs and procedures to reduce shortage through training and development of the Asset Protection team. 1-3 years of Asset protection supervisory experience. • Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft reports and other communications; present to management and internal and external business partners; interpret technical documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
