Lead and support store associates in the Apparel department, providing guidance and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Drive sales by implementing sales strategies and techniques, and setting and achieving sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion and athletic apparel trends, and use this knowledge to guide merchandising and product selection.
Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Train and develop store associates on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new store associates, ensuring a strong team is in place.
Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are displayed and replenished in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent customer experience.
Communicate effectively with upper management, providing updates on sales performance, customer feedback, and any issues or concerns.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating and inspiring team members to reach their full potential.
Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all store associates are also following them.
Assist in planning and executing promotional events and sales to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development, and share knowledge and ideas with the team.
