Candidates must have strong sales abilities, customer relation skills, be knowledgeable in POS systems, have a background in fashion, sales and merchandising and have a proven sales record in luxury goods. Responsibilities Empower and assist manager with training sales team. Maintain floor with team and make sure store is merchandise and presented to brand standard. Must be able to multi task Train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance Help to oversee stock and store operations Foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence
