Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring a positive customer experience, efficient inventory management, and a well trained team. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining store standards, and leading the team to achieve sales goals. • Train, develop, and provide continuous feedback to team members on customer service, store with the store manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
