This position requires you to lead by example, teaching and coaching Assistant Managers, Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates to foster a high-performing team that delivers an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Additionally, you will own your assigned area of responsibility, implementing action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity while performing Service Leader duties as needed.
