Responsibilities

Support the development of mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings that communicate design concepts clearly
Collaborate with senior designers to refine design ideas and ensure alignment with brand vision
Participate in fabric sourcing, sample making, and fitting sessions to ensure designs meet quality and aesthetic standards
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to track sample development and revisions
Assist in preparing design presentations, seasonal line reviews, and lookbooks
Maintain organized files of sketches, CAD files, photographs, and project documentation for efficient workflow management
Stay current on competitor brands, retail trends, and consumer preferences

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in fashion design or a related creative field; internship experience will be considered
AA or BA degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience and education)
Strong fashion sense with the ability to forecast and interpret trends
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong understanding of fashion design principles, color theory, and layout
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
