Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing new apparel collections, from concept to production, while supporting the senior design staff with trend research, technical packs, and sample reviews. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections
• Create technical sketches, colorways, and mood boards using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Conduct market and trend research to support concept development
• Prepare and update tech packs, and line sheets
• Support fittings and sample reviews; provide feedback and notes to technical, production teams and Vendors
• Work closely with fabric sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to meet deadlines
• Organize samples, trims, and other materials
• Maintain design archives and digital asset libraries

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in fashion design (internships or freelance work acceptable)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
• Strong eye for color, trends, and details
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
