Candidate must be creative with designs that are commercial. Design degree required. Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Skilled working in a PLM system Denim design experience a plus Understanding of construction and can do a complete tech pack Prepare for all presentations from design concept through salesman’s meetings Manage deadlines in accordance with the company calendar Good time management skills and ability to multitask/shift priorities Must have strong communication skills including working directly with factories Must be team player and have the desire to succeed.
