The Assistant Designer, NOVAMEN will develop silhouettes each season under the supervision of the Designer. • Create new development tech packs in PLM with attention to details • Assist in new projects as dictated by the business, cad, tech packs revisions, • Create|update presentation line sheets • Partner with Designer in the seasonal creation process, taking ownership • along the way and bringing new ideas and inspirations to the business • Collaborate Design, Product Development & Production in its day to day • tasks while maintaining high level of organization • Assist in the research and identify current trends and compiling results in various • presentation formats and tools to drive creative direction • Possess a great eye working with colors, fabrics, and trims in AI and PS: recoloring, editing, • sizing, and placing on garments
