The Assistant Designer will research relevant trends, maintain the organization of the design office, communicate with cross functional team (PD, Production), and assist the team in preparation for all milestone meetings. Maintain awareness of current selling information as well as market trends and conditions. Create hand sketches of styles in development. Maintain seasonal collection boards and walls. Maintain awareness of corporate calendar and adhere to deadlines Attend and participate in fit sessions.
