Assistant Designer

Support the Design and Product Development teams in creating tech packs, BOM’s, communicate the vision behind fit and product design while ensuring quality execution and desired margin targets are achieved Build decoration placement pages and custom designs in partnership with the Sales Team, input information into our ERP System Conduct market research to identify seasonal trends in silhouette and innovative fabric techniques/finishes Assist with seasonal creation of concept boards, flat sketches, line sheets and print design Assess strike-off, lab dip and fabric submissions. The salary range for this role is $60,000-$65,000. Ability to build rapport with cross-functional partners Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position or commensurate experience - all levels are encouraged to apply Experience in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator) and Microsoft Office required Experience in ERP systems is helpful but not required
