Qualifications/experience: 3 years min experience as Design Assistant Strong skills: Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and PLM Must be organized/focused and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Download tech packs from Flex PLM and initiate development between 40-50 styles in multiple colorways from the beginning to the finished line sample Create and maintain spread sheets for line samples and fit samples Follow up with overseas fabric and trim vendors to ensure timely delivery of s/y and trims to the factory Analyze spec sheets for all samples received Photograph, tag and send samples to the customer Assist Designer with local and overseas send outs Work with Designer to source new fabrics and trims Create CADS in AI for tech packs and design boards Tag and organize fabric and trims Create style folders – pass information to Pre- Production team when style is adopted Create costing packs to hand off to factory Order color standard
