Assistant Department Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Department Manager in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Assist the Department Manager in achieving sales goals by actively promoting and selling Urban Outfitters' products to customers. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist in managing and delegating tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
