Assistant Concept Designer

As an Assistant Concept Designer, you will partner with the Concept and Design teams to create on-brand seasonal concepts the help guide design process as well as own and manager day to day operations within the team. Duties and Responsibilities: Seasonal Concept Development Building Physical & Digital Mood Boards Runway Analysis and Reporting Analysis of Trend Forecasting Services Creating and Maintaining Color Cards Mangaging Concept Samples Managing Fabric Library Assigning Fabric Codes to Design Team Updating Seasonal Design Boards Managing Divisional Brand Records Summiting Print Request and Assisting with Print Direction Help Maintain Organization in Design Areas Pulling Inspiration for Design Teams Able to Assist with CADS and/or sketches when needed Position Specifications: Degree in Fashion Design Strong Organization Skills Advance Adobe Programs (Photoshop, illustrator) Microsoft Office Eager and Willing to Learn Attitude Has a Sense of Urgency and Responsibility Compensation The successful candidate will enjoy competitive compensation and benefits, matching 401K, Flexible Spending Plan, Paid Time Off, casual attire and company discounts.
