Be an integral part the global Corporate Communications and Public Relations team, which includes external and internal communications and public relations Manage copy, calendar and publishing of weekly internal corporate newsletter, Around the Fire (ATF), which is distributed to over 2,500 home office associates Partner with global cross-functional partners to source content for the ATF; Filter and source stories from internal associates and teams for use on corporate channels, including ongoing associate spotlight series Work closely with corporate designer (also a member of the Corporate Communications & Public Relations Team) to bring projects to life visually, including the weekly ATF, social media posts, and internal branded materials Content planning, creation & publishing for A&F Co.’s corporate Instagram handle, LifeatANF and LinkedIn channel, as well as other relevant corporate social media outlets Support other communications, including A&F Co.’s internal and corporate sites Manage holistic internal communications calendar Intake and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders across key business functions and deliver a final product that achieves the objectives and resonates with customers Actively track timelines, project communications and deliverables for a variety of projects What will you need to bring? Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism or related field 1-2 years or more of copywriting, content development, social media or internal communications experience Creative writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly across various channels Digital and social media content creation and management experience Ability to take initiative Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines while delivering high-quality work Relentless curiosity and a passion for storytelling across internal and external channels Team player willing to pitch in on special projects as needed A collaborative, relationship-building approach to working with cross-functional partners
