VCS Title 38 employees are appointed and removed without regard to the provisions of Title 5 governing appointments in the competitive service, and Chapter 51 and Subchapter III of Chapter 53 of Title 5. Applicants updating their qualifications must submit information prior to closing date to be considered. Application materials will not be returned.
