Design Your Future at PVHAssistant Buyer, Mens - Tommy HilfigerThe major function is to provide the Buyer/Senior Buyer with the information and data analysis necessary to make product and inventory decisions. They are assigned specific responsibilities that aid in financial decisions that are made by both Buyers and upper management. The position is an integral part of the department and will coordinate across internal departments.Responsibilities:Support the Mens Merchant team in achieving and/or exceeding departmental financial plansHelp to prepare all necessary documents and resources for major Milestone Meetings, including Hindsight, Buy Review, etc.Sample management: maintaining sample accuracy and handoffData entry and assembly of reports and files for daily merchandising responsibilities, including: accurately building and maintaining or dispersing, on order recap, weekly/monthly/seasonal selling recaps, editing and maintaining assortment sheets; reconciling and updating receipts; communicating necessary information to cross-functional team in a timely mannerLearn to analyze business results in partnership with manager in preparation for weekly CFT.
