Assistant Buyer - Headquarters - Edina, MN

The Assistant Buyer is responsible for overseeing a single category which includes selecting product, managing vendor base, and delivering on financial goals, while also working with the buying team to the open to buy, margin performance and markdowns across all categories. To do this, they must have a clear understanding of the Evereve customer, possess a passion for product, and have a working knowledge of retail math and the buying process. A successful Assistant Buyer will: • Manage inventory based on OTB and maintain proper unit and dollar levels for buying area of responsibilities (plan % to inventory % to sales %) • Partner with the buyer to ensure execution of the seasonal strategy, segmentation and trend direction. • Embodies the Evereve brand and our values of Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, and Tenacity.
