Summary Responsible for protecting company assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment at a retail location. Works varied shifts including nights and weekends to support store operations and asset protection objectives. Responsibilities Conduct investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and employee dishonesty and complete detailed incident reports.Monitor store premises using patrols and video surveillance to deter and detect potential loss.Apprehend and detain suspects in accordance with legal and company policies and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.Provide testimony in civil or criminal proceedings and maintain chain-of-evidence procedures.Collaborate with store management to recommend and implement loss prevention strategies and training.Requirements
