Associates will work closely with peers and department leadership, along with partners in sales, customer service, graphic design, and manufacturing to service business demands. This position is 100% remote with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P CST. Responsibilities: Actively work in and complete orders from the customer art approval dashboard with accuracy and sense of urgency. Prioritize work based on art complete dates, ship dates, cancel dates, and event dates. Display understanding of dashboard workflow and basic knowledge of all work steps.
