Shopbop is seeking an Art Director to contribute to the creative vision and execution of our multi-media fashion marketing content. Experience working with global fashion brands, proficiency in creative software including Adobe Creative Suite, background in digital and print campaign development, UX-centered decision-making, and a strong understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior are all preferred qualifications.At Shopbop, we embrace innovation and thrive in ambiguity. This role reports to the Head of Visual Design and offers the opportunity to help shape the future of fashion e-commerce at one of the world's leading fashion destinations.Key job responsibilitiesDeliver impactful visuals focused on fashion storytelling through innovative franchises and trend features.Own and maintain an omni-channel visual playbook tailored to each platform's unique audience to maximize customer experience, engagement and business results.Optimize content processes, with a focus on integrating photoshoot art direction and digital visual design direction for improved efficiency and alignment.Contribute seasonal visual ideas and solutions that evoke mood and sophistication aligned with brand and industry trends.Deliver compelling creative reviews and presentations, using data-driven insights to influence business and creative decisions.Demonstrate bias for action in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.Insist on the highest standards while balancing creative excellence with budget constraints and business objectives.Drive excellence in video and content creation by providing clear direction, actionable feedback, and maintaining the highest standards for output.Think big on new business initiatives, contributing expertise in content strategy and innovation to drive long-term growth.About The TeamOur creative department thrives on the strength of diverse perspectives, which we believe enrich the creative process. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $184,000/year in our highest geographic market.
