The Art Director, Brand will have the ability to impact the success of an iconic American brand through the visual design and development of high-quality branded digital and print-based experiences. Core Accountabilities: Lead projects both independently and in collaboration with other designers, as well as partner with illustrators, motion designers, copywriters, photographers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on briefs Partner with creative leadership to develop brand & product specific design executions for multiple channels and platforms that align to seasonal Go-to-Market initiatives Ensure consistent design executions across multiple platforms that provide maximum customer impact and build an enduring premium brand Manage a wide array of concurrent design projects Maintain high-quality creative, strong attention to detail, while operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment Build effective internal partnerships and actively promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure business goals are achieved Present and defend creative work to cross-functional team and business owners Qualifications While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
