Company: Beauty Company Responsibilities: Work closely with cross functional directors to ensure strategic execution and application of creative content across all touch-points. Oversee 3 direct reports on print and digital design Create, review, provide feedback and approve daily artwork from the internal teams to show to cross functional directors and external parties. From a variety of assets such as packaging, environmental graphics, digital applications (emails, social, wireframing and mock-ups for websites), in-store displays, email campaigns, brochures, mailers, catalogs, and other marketing materials Develop and maintaining the creative look and feel of the brand across all channels Lead and design across print digital and packaging within brand guidelines Lead art direction concepts for stylized product photography that aligns with campaign photography for the launch Partner with cross functional teams to engage with our customers and enhance user experience at every stage of the customer journey and identify ways in which we can improve, tweak, and optimize Contribute to the constant evolution of the look and feel of the brand, and ensure consistency by developing style guides and brand guidelines for all mediums Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication 8+ years of professional graphic design in an agency or in-house design department Experience in Beauty/Hair Care Experience in managing a team and mentoring Project management and timeline skillset is a plus Exceptional Graphic Design skills in color theory, font usage, typography and layout Experience across a range of digital, print, in-store and packaging assets Experience in digital design and familiarity with best practices for ads, social, and web Portfolio of design content shown to engage and excite audiences High proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch) Video editing/3D-modeling/creative writing skill is a plus. Clear understanding of UX and UI principles and mobile responsive design Knowledge of pre-press standards, color management and experience preparing design work for online a big plus Highly collaborative, and ability to work well in a cross-functional team developing cohesive content Experience working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to independently prioritize projects
