As the Area Visual Manager, you are the strategic and creative lead for visual merchandising execution across a defined group of stores. With a deep understanding of market trends, brand identity, and store level performance, you translate creative direction into compelling visual experiences that engage customers, support business objectives, and elevate store teams. What You'll Do Visual Strategy & Execution • Lead the development and execution of seasonal floor sets, window displays, and in store visual presentations in partnership with corporate visual, merchandising, and planning teams. Leadership & Team Development • Coach store teams on visual merchandising principles and brand standards to build in store execution capabilities.
