Visual Merchandising experience is an asset. • Oversee execution of all corporate Visual direction • Analyze store floor plans and customer flow patterns to determine the optimal locations to create merchandise displays while staying within Visual guidelines. • Contribute to the execution of the store Business Plan including all Visual goals laid out, with the Area Manager or Store Manager. • Able to create a viable plan of action for merchandising execution to obtain sales. • job will be discussed more fully in interview
