Area Team Manager

• The Manager provides leadership and guidance to Store Managers and their teams, treating all Associates with respect, efficiently upholding all company best practice standards, and ensuring proper merchandise presentation. • The Area Team Manager is expected to be engaged in these tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions across all areas of the region as business needs require. • The Manager may be requested to perform additional tasks in specific situations, if the performance of these tasks will help achieve our Customer service and operational goals. • Maintains a high level of awareness on the sales floor to create a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone. • As a representative of Ross Inc., demonstrates integrity and honesty in all interactions with Associates and Customers.
