The Area Store Operations Leader is a key member of the Store Leadership team. This role takes ownership of a specific, assigned section of the store and assumes the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty for general operations and supervision. Responsibilities: • Act as Manager on Duty by opening and closing the store, supervising Associate activities, and managing overall store operations. • Maintain a high standard of Customer Service by treating all customers, peers, and leaders with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. • Uphold Loss Prevention protocols by maintaining a strong Customer service presence, engaging with customers and Associates, conducting Code 50 package inspections, and safeguarding company assets, confidential information, and cash.
