Provides coaching, mentoring, and direction for area store management teams to meet area, district and company goals. Build effective cross-functional partnerships with the Senior District Manager, Visual Merchandising Manager, HR, and other key leaders to support area and company-wide goals. 3+ years of proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams in a retail environment. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
