This role requires you to implement company initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure that all stores maintain a high standard of compliance and visual merchandising. • Clear and respectful communication with customers, associates, and store leadership. • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Store Managers and their teams while upholding company standards and best practices. • Engage in and perform various tasks across the region as dictated by business needs. • Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
