Qualifications:

Strong background in retail operations with a deep understanding of merchandising flow and inventory control.Natural leadership ability with a focus on coaching diverse teams to achieve high performance.Adept at navigating fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficient in retail mathematics and able to interpret financial data to improve store margins.Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining professionalism with both executive leadership and store associates.Technically savvy with standard retail tools, including POS systems, handheld scanners (PDTs), and office software.Physical capability to remain on your feet for long shifts and move throughout the sales floor.Ability to perform physical labor, such as reaching, bending, and lifting or pushing items over 25 pounds.Flexibility to support various shifts, including stockroom processing and floor recovery.Benefits:

Maximize regional sales by ensuring all stores meet the highest standards for visual merchandising and organization.Act as a strategic partner to Store Managers, providing the training and resources necessary to execute company directives.Monitor and analyze sales trends to make proactive adjustments to inventory and floor layouts.Ensure the rapid and accurate processing of new shipments to keep the sales floor fresh and fully stocked.Foster a culture of safety by identifying hazards, following security protocols, and maintaining clear emergency exits.Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, managing inquiries, and supporting front-end transactions when needed.Enforce Loss Prevention standards and Mark-Out-of-Stock (MOS) procedures to minimize shrink and protect company assets.Oversee the daily recovery and sizing processes to ensure a clean and navigable shopping environment.Uphold the Ross brand image through professional conduct and adherence to the company dress code.Handle financial transactions and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices and encouraging a sense of urgency across all teams.
