This position is responsible overseeing a group of stores within a designated market, providing strategic leadership and business acumen skills within the market to maximize store performance and profitability. • In partnership with District Sales Manager and business partners, executes key company initiatives to ensure consistency across the organization relating to selling culture, brand expression, operations, and technology. • Ensures compliance of all company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal employment law. • 3+ years store leadership experience within specialty retail preferred • Ability to have oversight to a group of stores in a designated market and lead a team of direct reports
