Area Manager (PM)

You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about leading and coaching your team, utilize data to plan weekly and beyond, study processes and systems to help improve and innovate, and build relationships with your team, peers, and leadership. You are passionate about owning your team’s performance and setting them up for success by collaborating with peers, coaching and developing Associates, and proactively communicating in all directions.You are tech-savvy and are comfortable utilizing reporting tools to analyze KPIs and using that info to improve distribution center performance. Help build the team UP by giving and receiving timely, constructive, and respectful feedback with team members, peers, and leadership.Flex your cross-functional skills by actively participating in the recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention of Associates.Pave the way for the team’s success by demonstrating and awarding ambassadors of the thredUP values (DOTS) and culture in all interactions.Taking care of the team by creating a safe work environment and showing others how to operate safely.
