Lead and manage a team of asset protection associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of loss prevention strategies. Investigate and resolve any incidents of theft, fraud, or other security-related incidents within the designated area. Act as a role model for the company's values and promote a culture of safety and security within the designated area.
